Job Description – *Social Media & Content Specialist*

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Content Specialist to take ownership of our digital presence. This role will focus on planning, creating, and executing content strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive growth across all social platforms.

*Key Responsibilities*

Content Creation & Management

  • Develop engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, blogs, videos, stories, newsletters).
  • Write compelling captions, ad copies, and brand communication material.
  • Maintain consistency of brand voice, tone, and style across all platforms.
  • Create monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.

Social Media Management

  • Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Schedule, publish, and monitor posts to ensure timely execution.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and competitor activities.
  • Handle community management – respond to comments, messages, and increase engagement.

Strategy & Growth

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches and brand initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations, partnerships, and brand storytelling.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs like reach, impressions, engagement, and conversions.
  • Generate regular performance reports and share insights for improvements.
  • Optimize strategies based on analytics and audience feedback.

Requirements:-

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in content creation and social media management.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and social media algorithms.
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva, Photoshop, video editing software, and scheduling tools (Buffer/Hootsuite/Meta Business Suite).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to read and interpret data.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for social media.
