As a Social Media and Content Specialist at Indra Shakti Ventures working specifically with the Swah brand, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies and content that resonate with the luxury, premium FMCG, lifestyle, and consumer brands industry. Indra Shakti Ventures is an emerging FMCG company set to introduce two innovative brands, Swah - a heritage rice brand offering a variety of premium rice types, and Hado - a non-alcoholic carbonated beverage blending refreshment with functionality. Swah is dedicated to celebrating India's forgotten grains through a collection of rare rice varieties directly sourced from Indian farmers. The brand emphasizes thoughtful storytelling, exquisite packaging, and a blend of heritage, taste, and indulgence at its core. Your role as a Social & Content Lead will involve shaping Swah's online presence on platforms like Instagram through engaging campaigns, influencer collaborations, and content drops. Key responsibilities include defining and maintaining Swah's social voice and visual aesthetic, curating a diverse content calendar encompassing various formats, managing a network of influencers and creators, supporting product launches with compelling storytelling and marketing ideas, analyzing content performance to drive engagement, and ensuring a consistent luxury brand image across all touchpoints. To excel in this role, you should be passionate about Instagram, aesthetics, and storytelling, with prior experience in managing content or social media for premium, D2C, or luxury lifestyle brands.
