Key Responsibilities: UTM Tagging: Implement and manage proper UTM parameters to track the performance of campaigns across platforms Budget Tracking: Monitor media spends against budget to avoid overspending and maximize efficiency Campaign Screenshots: Capture and document creative assets and delivery across campaigns for internal reviews and record-keeping Competitor Ad Audits: Research and track competitor campaigns and creative strategies to gather market insights and identify opportunities for differentiation Collaborate: Work closely with the digital marketing team to align performance campaigns with broader marketing goals Analyze Performance: Provide data-centric reports and highlight key metrics to aid in decision-making and optimizing campaigns Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm tweaks, and platform innovations Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field 0\u20132 years of experience in performance marketing or related roles Familiar with digital ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for food, lifestyle, health, and beverage brands
