As a Performance Marketing Associate at the company, you will play a crucial role in leading paid marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across various channels, with a special focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads, to generate high-quality leads and facilitate company growth. Collaborating closely with internal teams and vendors is essential to ensure that campaigns meet performance goals, maintain an efficient Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and provide a high return on investment (ROI). Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute digital acquisition activities across multiple ad platforms like SEM, social media, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and programmatic advertising. - Manage budgets effectively to achieve maximum Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while optimizing the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). - Coordinate with multiple vendors and third-party trackers to meet acquisition objectives. - Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluating them against ROI and KPI goals. - Identify trends and insights to enhance spend and performance based on data-driven insights. - Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across various channels and touchpoints using strong analytical abilities. - Conduct campaign acquisition fraud monitoring and implement strategies to reduce fraudulent activities. - Design and implement small-scale A-B test campaigns to enhance campaign and creative performance. - Recommend new digital channels to efficiently increase new user numbers. - Create landing pages and focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). - Manage tag manager, Google Analytics, and related tools efficiently. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with a robust quantitative background. - 3-5 years of proven work experience in digital marketing, with a preference for extensive in-house digital performance marketing experience at SAAS companies. - Proficient in using digital ad platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, and Native Ads. - Experience in managing Ad Networks for acquisition campaigns. - Basic understanding of organic acquisition strategies like SEO. - Proficiency in setting up tags and landing pages for campaign setup and tracking purposes.
