Job Overview

Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize

  Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

  and

  Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  campaigns
• Conduct

  keyword research

  , audience targeting, and ad creative testing
• Monitor daily performance, budgets, conversions, and ROI
• Analyze campaign data and prepare

  performance reports using Excel

• Track and optimize key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, conversions, and ROAS
• Work closely with creative and content teams to improve ad performance
• Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and audiences
• Stay updated with platform trends, policies, and best practices
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 13 years of hands-on experience in

  Performance Marketing / Paid Media

• Strong working knowledge of

  Google Ads and Meta Ads

• Good proficiency in

  MS Excel

  for reporting and analysis
• Understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion tracking
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with

  D2C, tech, healthcare, or growth-focused brands

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, pixels, and tracking tool
• Google Ads or Meta certifications (good to have)
