Performance Marketing Associate

As a Performance Marketing Associate at Mylo in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for managing the marketing funnel for a portfolio of products. Your role will involve driving Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and collaborating with the creative, product, and analytics teams to execute high-impact campaigns. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta & other platforms by strategizing, building, and optimizing them. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful creatives. - Drive ROI-focused growth for 23 product portfolios. **Qualifications Required:** - At least 2 years of experience in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Brands performance/digital marketing. - Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Passion for staying updated with digital marketing trends. - Candidates with degrees from prestigious colleges/universities will be preferred.
