Performance Marketing Associate

This role will allow you to:

• Own the marketing funnel: From generating awareness to driving conversions and retention

for the products under your portfolio.

• Create compelling ads: Leverage A/B testing and a variety of growth-hacking techniques to

discover what works best for different audiences and platforms.

• Leveraging data-driven insights: Monitoring and optimizing performance across multiple

channels to maximize ROI.

• Collaborating across departments: Working with creative, product, and design teams to craft

visually compelling and strategically sound marketing materials.

• Testing and innovating: Implementing A/B testing and utilizing innovative growth strategies to

refine campaigns and improve outcomes.

Key Roles Required

1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, with a proven track

record of managing paid campaigns

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or other

marketing data tools

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for staying on top of the latest trends in digital marketing

Preferred candidate profile

Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools

• Experience with creating reels
• Experience working in the e-commerce, parenting, or health & wellness industries
