We Need:

• Min. 2 years Performance Marketing experience running Google Ads & FB Ads
• Preferred: D2C brands experience + knows how to generate offline leads
• Attention to Detail & strong Analytics Sense
• Tech Savvy (comfortable with latest ad platforms & AI tools)

Location:HSR Layout, Bangalore (6 days/week, from office).

What you'll do:

• Own paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging platforms to drive ROAS and customer acquisition
• Generate offline leads for store through targeted performance campaigns
• Work closely with creative and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives for premium eyewear. Must have eye for generating creatives
• Analyze sales data, attribution, and customer feedback to identify high-ROI channels and opportunities
• Collaborate with product, operations, and growth teams to execute campaigns and improve LTV metrics
