Offline Growth Manager – Offline Popups (Bangalore)

Offline Growth Manager

What you’ll do:

• Finalize popup locations and coordinate with vendors for smooth setup.
• Ensure on ground execution, popup setup and everything else needed to make it a success.
• Be on-ground during popups (it will be primarily on weekends), interacting with customers.
• Assist customers in choosing the right eyewear (we’ll train you on styling) and deliver a luxury-brand experience.
• Drive sales and ensure every popup contributes to growth.

Who you are:

• A fresher or early-career hustler looking to grow in sales + operations.
• Strong people skills and ability to work in fast-paced on-ground environments.
• Comfortable with a 6-day work week (weekly off during weekdays).
