Role Summary We are looking for an Operations Executive(Fulfilment) who will personally handle the journey of each order. From the time it is placed until it is delivered to the customer. This is a hands on role where you will be responsible for carrying out quality checks, coordinating with multiple vendors, preparing orders, and ensuring smooth and timely dispatch. Your work directly ensures that every customer receives the premium experience ELUNO stands for. Key Responsibilities Carry out quality checks on frames, lenses, and final products before packaging Prepare, package, and dispatch orders while ensuring premium presentation and accuracy Update order statuses in systems in real time for complete visibility Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries and follow ups Work with the customer success team to share accurate order timelines and updates Maintain records of daily orders and TAT compliance Flag any delays or issues early and take corrective action to keep processes on track Assist in maintaining stock of frames, lenses, and packaging material Qualifications & Skills 1 to 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or fulfilment (e-commerce/retail preferred) Detail oriented with a quality-first mindset Strong organisational skills and ability to work within tight timelines Basic proficiency with digital tools (Excel, dashboards, order tracking) Good coordination and communication skills with teams and vendors

Offline Growth Manager – Offline Popups (Bangalore) We’re building a premium eyewear brand and bringing it directly to people through curated popup experiences in societies and tech parks across Bangalore. We’re looking for a Offline Growth Manager who will take ownership of our on-ground activations – blending operations and customer interaction. What you’ll do: Finalize popup locations and coordinate with vendors for smooth setup. Ensure on ground execution, popup setup and everything else needed to make it a success. Be on-ground during popups (it will be primarily on weekends), interacting with customers.
