Job Description

versee all aspects of our store's daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, and optimizing store performance to achieve financial goals

Staff Management:

Recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising retail staff, including sales representatives and retail store clerks.
Developing and maintaining employee schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
Motivating and coaching team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Addressing employee issues and concerns.

Store Operations:

Ensuring smooth and efficient store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Monitoring sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Implementing and managing sales promotions and in-store events.
Managing cash flow and ensuring accurate point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

Sales & Merchandising:

Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and customer traffic.
Creating and maintaining visually appealing product displays to attract customers.
Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and trends.

Financial Management:

Managing budgets and ensuring that financial objectives are met.
Monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
