Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Ability to work flexible shifts aligned with US/India time zones. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in designing and executing customer-centric digital experiences
Digital Merchandising Strategy ; Execution Design and manage category pages, brand stores, promotional campaigns, and email content to enhance customer engagement. Lead free search improvement initiatives to optimize discoverability and conversion. Customer Experience Optimization Analyse customer behaviour across search, browse, and purchase journeys to identify opportunities and resolve friction points. Develop and execute strategies that elevate online customer experience and drive satisfaction.
Content Management ; Web Analytics Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects under tight timelines. Stay current with e-commerce trends and technologies to inform merchandising decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration ; Project Delivery Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects under tight timelines. Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints through organized and detail-oriented execution. Taxonomy Navigation Enhancement Apply knowledge of web taxonomy and navigation to improve site structure and customer-facing attributes. Support search attribute optimization to enhance product discoverability
