Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • upervise, guide, and support team members to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics (KPIs).
  • Provide training, coaching, and constructive feedback.
  • Schedule and organize workflow to ensure efficiency.
  • Resolve conflicts and address performance issues professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Act as a point of contact between team and management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in team processes and results.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Min 3 years experience in a Sales Supervisor / Team Lead role in the Retail segment
  • Min 3 5 years experience in Sales, preferably in Retail Segment
