We are hiring Management Trainee for our retail operations in GCC Countries !!!!!!

Designation : Management Trainee - Retail

Location: GCC Countries

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Retail Industry

We are looking for ambitious and energetic MBA graduates with retail experience to join our Management Trainee Program across GCC countries. This program is designed to develop future leaders who will drive operational excellence, customer engagement, and business growth within our retail network.

Key Responsibilities:

Gain hands-on experience in various areas of retail operations, including sales, merchandising, customer service, and store management.
Support Store Managers and Regional Teams in Retail operations .
Participate in business planning, process improvement, and performance analysis activities.
Learn and implement company standards in operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management.

Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance and strategic initiatives.
Successfully complete the structured training modules and assessments designed for managerial readiness

Requirements:

MBA in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
willing to relocate or work across multiple GCC locations.
Minimum 1 year of retail experience (store operations, sales, or merchandising preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
