Roles and Responsibilities

Manage payroll processing, including salary processing, exit process, onboarding, and employee grievances.
Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries to employees through various payment modes (net banking, cheque, cash).
Maintain records of all payroll transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with HR team for resolving employee grievances related to payroll issues.
