Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing, including salary processing, exit process, onboarding, and employee grievances.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries to employees through various payment modes (net banking, cheque, cash).
  • Maintain records of all payroll transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with HR team for resolving employee grievances related to payroll issues.
