Role Objective:
The HRBP will act as the strategic partner to business leaders and operations teams in a fast-paced hyperlocal quick commerce environment. The role focuses on driving people strategy, workforce effectiveness, and employee engagement across store, warehouse, and delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategy with quick commerce business goals.
- Provide insights on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
- Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, attendance, performance management, and exit processes.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives tailored to frontline and operations staff.
- Talent Acquisition & Development:
- Partner with recruitment teams to ensure timely hiring for critical roles (delivery, warehouse, store managers).
- Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance workforce productivity.
- Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Operational Support:
- Conduct site visits to warehouses, dark stores, and delivery hubs to understand ground-level challenges.
- Support managers in handling absenteeism, attrition, and workforce discipline.
- Data & Analytics:
- Use HR metrics (attrition, attendance, productivity) to provide actionable insights.
- Present reports to leadership on workforce trends and recommend interventions.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduation
- 3–8 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience, preferably in quick commerce, e-commerce, retail, or logistics.
- Experience managing large frontline workforce (delivery executives, warehouse staff).
