Job Description

We are looking for a creative,enthusiastic, and motivated Social Media Associate who can bring our twogrowing brands to life across social media platforms. This role involves researchingplatform trends, developing content calendars, organizing shoots, and managingcommunity engagement . The ideal candidate is passionate about food, health,lifestyle, and beverage culture, and is eager to connect with our growingcommunity online.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Research: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform-specific best practices (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage a content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team.
Reels/TikTok Shooting Coordination: Support and coordinate shoots (location, props, equipment, talent) for short-form video content.
Comment Moderation: Monitor and respond to comments across social media platforms in a way that resonates with our brand\u2019s voice.
DM Interaction: Engage directly with our community through direct messages, addressing inquiries, complaints, and fostering loyalty.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to align content with business goals.
Analyze Performance: Gather data on content performance and provide reports and recommendations for ongoing optimization
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 0\u20132 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platform trends and algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills (written and interpersonal).
- Ability to collaborate with a team and manage multiple priorities.
- Creativity, a keen eye for details, and enthusiasm for food, lifestyle, and health-related content
