Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Associate, based in Rohini. The Social Media Associate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging social media content, executing social media marketing strategies, and monitoring online engagement metrics. Day-to-day tasks include generating posts tailored to various platforms, crafting creative copy, managing social media accounts, and collaborating with the team to enhance brand visibility and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Content Creation, and managing diverse social media platforms.
• Minimum 1 year previous experience in digital advertising agency.
• Proficiency in effective Communication and Writing for online audiences.
• Experience in creating and implementing innovative social media strategies.
• Ability to analyze engagement metrics and adjust campaigns as needed.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
