Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic

Social Media Associate

to support our online presence and engagement efforts. You’ll assist in executing social media strategies, creating content, managing daily posts, and interacting with our community. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in implementing social media plans to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Support in designing visual and written content tailored to different platforms.
Monitor trends and conversations to identify engagement opportunities.
Respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions promptly.
Track basic performance metrics and prepare weekly engagement reports.
Stay updated on new tools and trends in social media.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or pursuing).
Internship or 6–12 months of experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
Good communication skills and a flair for content creation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Interest in financial content is a plus.
