About Indra Shakti Ventures: . Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated InfluencerMarketing Associate who can help grow our brands\u2019 reach and credibilitythrough influencer collaborations. This role involves researching andidentifying the right influencer partners, managing relationships, and ensuringsmooth delivery of influencer campaigns . The ideal candidate isenthusiastic, organized, passionate about food, lifestyle, health, and beveragebrands, and eager to contribute to their growth. Key Responsibilities: Creator Discovery and Outreach: Identify, evaluate, and reach out to influencers and content creators who align with the Swah and Hado brands\u2019 values and target audiences. Maintaining Influencer Trackers: Keep up-to-date and accurate records of influencer details, conversations, delivery, payments, and performance metrics. Sample Dispatch Follow-up: Coordinate delivery of product samples to influencers and follow up to make sure they\u2019re received and used as expected. Collaborate: Work closely with the social media team to align influencer campaigns with ongoing promotions and content calendars. Analyze Performance: Gather data and provide reports on influencer campaigns\u2019 reach, engagement, conversions, and other key metrics. Stay Updated: Monitor industry trends, influencer content, and platform algorithm tweaks to maximize the impact of influencer collaborations Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field (preferable but not mandatory) 0\u20132 years of experience in influencer marketing or related roles Strong interpersonal and communication skills \u2014 able to connect with and manage relationships with influencer partners. Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities at once. Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for food, lifestyle, health, and beverage brands.
