Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Associate to manage end-to-end influencer collaborations and campaign execution. The ideal candidate must come from the same industry and possess excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across multiple social media platforms
• Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with influencers for content creation, timelines, and deliverables
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports and insights
• Negotiate commercials, contracts, and campaign terms
• Stay updated with industry trends and influencer ecosystem changes
• Work closely with internal marketing and content teams

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or the same industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube, and other influencer platforms

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA (based on experience)

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
