Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Influencer Marketing Associate to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, building strong relationships with influencers and industry thought leaders, and driving brand awareness and engagement through strategic collaborations.


Key Responsibility:

  • Plan, conceptualize, and deliver impactful influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with influencers, creators, and talent agencies.
  • Identify, onboard, and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and thought leaders across platforms.
  • Coordinate campaign execution, timelines, deliverables, and approvals with internal teams.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of target audiences, influencer profiles, industry leaders, and consumer behavior.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools and key performance metrics.
  • Optimize campaign strategies based on insights to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and the evolving media landscape.
  • Actively participate in industry events, conferences, talks, and networking opportunities to expand the influencer network.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance across all influencer collaborations.


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing metrics and quantitative analysis.
  • Working knowledge of influencer ecosystems across major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships through social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in outreach and influencer collaboration strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
  • Experience handling multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to ideate engaging and innovative campaign concepts.
