Perfora

is looking for an

Influencer Marketing Associate

to drive creator collaborations and influencer-led campaigns across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social channels. The role involves end-to-end execution - from influencer discovery to campaign performance tracking while building long-term relationships with creators aligned to Perfora s brand values.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, shortlist, and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators aligned with Perfora s target audience across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
End-to-end management of influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiation, scripting, coordination, content review, and final approvals.
Ideate and execute creative influencer campaigns in line with brand objectives, product launches, and marketing calendars.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and creators across North, South, East, and West India.
Work closely with external stakeholders such as influencer marketing agencies and content production partners to execute campaigns seamlessly.
Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, views, CTR, conversions, ROI, etc

Key Requirements

1 - 2 years of experience working with a D2C brand in influencer marketing.
Strong understanding of the influencer landscape, creator categories, and platform-specific trends.
Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand and track influencer marketing KPIs and performance metrics.
