Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Influencer Marketing Associate. The Influencer Marketing Associate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers and collaborators to amplify HAC’s brand presence. They will create and execute marketing campaigns, monitor social media platforms for opportunities, analyze campaign performance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication, Public Relations, and building networks
• Proven experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Sales strategies and ability to identify collaborative opportunities
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and creative problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience with marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus
