Social Media Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Associate to manage and grow our brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, content creation, and online community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, curate, and publish engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Assist in planning and executing monthly content calendars.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and maintain community engagement.
• Work with the design team to produce high-quality graphics, reels, stories, and videos.
• Track social media metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, design) for campaigns and promotions.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Support influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
• Assist in running paid ad campaigns (optional but preferred).

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / video editing tools.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Creativity with the ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Punjabi/Hindi is a plus (for local audience interaction).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
