Please refer www.getpluto.com🚀 About The Role As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Pluto, you will play a pivotal role in welcoming new B2B clients and setting them up for success with our platform. You will guide customers through the initial setup and training, ensuring they achieve value quickly and have a seamless onboarding experience. This mid-level position is a great fit for someone who is customer-centric, has strong project management abilities, and is passionate about fintech innovation. Responsibilities Guide new B2B customers through the full onboarding journey — from kickoff to go-live. Conduct onboarding calls, product demos, and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption. Assist clients with account configuration and integration with financial tools/systems. Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding, providing prompt and friendly support. Monitor customer adoption metrics (e.g., time-to-value, usage patterns) and take action as needed. Collaborate with Sales for smooth client handoffs and with Customer Success for post-onboarding support. Relay onboarding feedback and technical issues to Product and Engineering teams. Maintain detailed records of customer journeys in CRM and project management tools. Continuously improve onboarding documentation, playbooks, and training materials. Identify opportunities to streamline and scale the onboarding process. Requirements 5+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer success roles (preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech). Strong understanding of financial systems or corporate spend management tools is a plus. Proficient in CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot. Comfortable with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack). Excellent communication and presentation skills with a talent for simplifying complex topics. Customer-obsessed with high emotional intelligence and a problem-solving mindset. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects in parallel. Proven track record of working cross-functionally across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams. Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
