Timeline: 4-5 weeks

Location: Remote

This is a high-fantasy elemental runes project presented across multiple progression tiers (Tier 1–3). Each rune represents a distinct element (Total 6 Water, Ground, Fire, Electricity, Grass and Air etc.) and evolves visually in complexity, power, and magical impact with each tier.

In short, there are rocks/runes that represent each element, each rock goes through 3 tiers.

Tier 1 of a rune means dormant, tier 2 of a rune means active and tier 3 means alive and volatile

Responsibilities:

• Take the bash mesh+texture and set it up for the animations, presenting the rune properly
• Add FX like

  dust, particles, sparks, glows, environmental interaction

  , and subtle camera treatments per tier and based on the element
• Refine lighting setups per element — moody, dramatic, stylized, sharp and powerful.
• Work with tier progression logic: e.g.,

  Tier 1 = dormant

  ,

  Tier 2 = awakening

  ,

  Tier 3 = fully charged, legendary

  .
• Match the style across elements while keeping each distinct (e.g.,

  volumetric mist for air

  ,

  cracked ground for earth

  ,

  electrical arcs for lightning

  , etc).

Tools:

For tools, we ideally bring everything together in Blender — but if you can achieve the desired output in other software, that works too.
