Job Description

As a Senior 3D Generalist at Rotoris, you will be part of an exceptional in-house 3D team dedicated to pushing boundaries in product storytelling, digital experiences, and cutting-edge visual design. Your role will involve crafting high-end visuals and cinematic product renders that exemplify Rotoris" vision of luxury, precision, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end 3D production for product renders, brand films, marketing visuals, and digital experiences. - Create high-quality 3D assets through modeling, sculpting, texturing, shading, and lighting. - Develop realistic product visualizations with attention to detail and photorealism. - Collaborate closely with designers, animators, and creative directors to bring concepts to life. - Ensure optimization of 3D assets for various platforms such as web, social media, AR/VR, and video. - Mentor and guide junior 3D artists to enhance the overall team output. - Stay updated with the latest tools, plugins, and industry trends to incorporate into workflows. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of professional experience as a 3D Generalist, with a preference for agency, studio, or product brand background. - Proficiency in tools like Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or their equivalents. - Expertise in texturing & shading using software like Substance Painter, Mari, and Photoshop. - Hands-on experience with render engines such as Redshift, Octane, V-Ray, or Arnold. - Good understanding of animation principles and the ability to create motion-ready assets. - Knowledge of compositing tools like After Effects, Nuke, or Fusion is a plus. - Strong artistic sense encompassing color, composition, lighting, realism, and storytelling. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining attention to detail.
