3D Generalist

As a 3D Generalist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, animations, and visual effects using software such as Blender and Unreal Engine. You will collaborate with artists and developers to bring concepts to life and ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D models, textures, and animations for various projects.
• Collaborate with the art and development teams to implement assets into Unreal Engine.
• Assist in the design and development of environments, characters, and props.
• Optimize 3D assets for performance in real-time applications.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, Animation, Game Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 1 year of experience in 3D modeling and animation using Blender and Unreal Engine.
• Strong understanding of 3D design principles, including modeling, texturing, and lighting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing content.
• Good communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional 3D software (e.g., Maya, Max) is a plus.
• Knowledge of game development pipelines and workflows.
• Understanding of shaders and materials in Unreal Engine.
• Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Blueprint) is advantageous.
