You will guide customers through the initial setup and training, ensuring they achieve value quickly and have a seamless onboarding experience. Responsibilities Guide new B2B customers through the full onboarding journey — from kickoff to go-live. Conduct onboarding calls, product demos, and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption. Assist clients with account configuration and integration with financial tools/systems. Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding, providing prompt and friendly support. Monitor customer adoption metrics (e.g., time-to-value, usage patterns) and take action as needed. Collaborate with Sales for smooth client handoffs and with Customer Success for post-onboarding support. Relay onboarding feedback and technical issues to Product and Engineering teams. Maintain detailed records of customer journeys in CRM and project management tools. Continuously improve onboarding documentation, playbooks, and training materials. Identify opportunities to streamline and scale the onboarding process. Requirements 5+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer success roles (preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech). Strong understanding of financial systems or corporate spend management tools is a plus. Proficient in CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot. Comfortable with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack). Excellent communication and presentation skills with a talent for simplifying complex topics. Customer-obsessed with high emotional intelligence and a problem-solving mindset. NFT Project Timeline: 4-5 weeks Location: Remote This is a high-fantasy elemental runes project presented across multiple progression tiers (Tier 1–3). Each rune represents a distinct element (Total 6 Water, Ground, Fire, Electricity, Grass and Air etc.) and evolves visually in complexity, power, and magical impact with each tier. In short, there are rocks/runes that represent each element, each rock goes through 3 tiers. Tier 1 of a rune means dormant, tier 2 of a rune means active and tier 3 means alive and volatile We’re looking to hire a 3D Generalist with who can work on FX like particles, simulations, trails, motion, lighting, and cinematic rendering to bring these rune stages to life with detail.(you wont need to sculpt or texture the rock, that'll be done already) . Responsibilities: Take the bash mesh+texture and set it up for the animations, presenting the rune properly Add FX like dust, particles, sparks, glows, environmental interaction , and subtle camera treatments per tier and based on the element Refine lighting setups per element — moody, dramatic, stylized, sharp and powerful. Work with tier progression logic: e.g., Tier 1 = dormant , Tier 2 = awakening , Tier 3 = fully charged, legendary . Match the style across elements while keeping each distinct (e.g., volumetric mist for air , cracked ground for earth , electrical arcs for lightning , etc).
