Role overview We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement for our field-service platform. You’ll translate product capabilities into crisp value, drive go-to-market plans across verticals, and equip Sales and CS with the content, tools, and training they need to win. What you’ll do Develop product positioning and messaging around features, advantages, and benefits that resonate with target buyers and users. Understand the competitive landscape—be the internal expert on competitors and their positioning; build battlecards, comparison pages, and objection-handling content for Sales. Roles and Responsibilities Previous experience with B2B SaaS products, APIs, or system integrations is a must Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Document business processes, use cases, and customer scenarios; create clear documentation of functional requirements and implementation tasks to meet customer needs. Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements that are easily understood by the engineering team. Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide clear direction to the engineering team. Provide guidance and best practices to customers to help them maximize value from our products and services. Act as a bridge between customers, product management, and engineering to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables. Assist in solution design by analyzing customer workflows and recommending process improvements. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where product functionality may need to be enhanced or configured to meet customer requirements. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating customer scenarios.
