Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial telephonic discussions with candidates to assess their interest and basic qualifications.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support the HR team in drafting job descriptions and posting openings across platforms.
  • Coordinate pre-onboarding formalities and candidate engagement activities.
  • Provide regular updates to the HR team on hiring progress.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives (if needed).



Requirement

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment
