Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Post job advertisements on online platforms.
• Screen and filter resumes from applicants.
• Schedule interviews with candidates and HR managers.
• Assist with new hire onboarding, including preparing materials and setting up workstations.

• Administrative Support:

• Update and maintain employee records in HR databases.
• File HR documents and perform data entry.
• Provide general administrative support, such as answering phones and scheduling meetings.

• Employee Relations & Development:

• Support employee training programs and employee engagement activities.
• Assist with performance management processes.
• Help manage payroll data and coordinate benefits administration.

• Special Projects:

• Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and policies.
• Help organize company events and special initiatives.
