We’re looking for a Community Manager who can lead the on-ground resident engagement experience, drive participation, and bring our properties to life through structured, exciting, and purposeful events. Role Overview: As Community Manager, you’ll be responsible for curating and executing weekly events , facilitating community engagement activities , and being the go-to face for building resident relationships. Your focus will be on creating a vibrant, inclusive, and emotionally connected environment across UniLiv properties. Key Responsibilities: – Design and execute a structured weekly event calendar across properties (e.g. open mics, game nights, festival celebrations, wellness sessions, speaker series) – Drive community bonding initiatives through informal gatherings, birthday celebrations, ice-breaker activities, and new resident onboarding mixers – Build strong personal connections with residents and act as a key feedback channel to improve the living experience – Partner with local vendors, artists, student influencers, and creators to deliver engaging, city-specific experiences – Collaborate with the Customer Experience, Marketing, and Ops teams to align on-campus engagement with brand vision – Track participation, sentiment, and feedback from every event to refine future programming – Support content capture during events in coordination with design and social media teams Who You Are: – 4–5 years of experience in community management, events, hospitality, or student-facing roles – Excellent planner with proven experience in building event calendars, managing budgets , and coordinating vendors – Energetic and approachable with a people-first mindset – Comfortable being on-ground across multiple properties and managing event execution independently – Passionate about Gen Z culture , student life, and crafting positive group experiences – Strong communication and coordination skills across departments and stakeholders You’ll report to the Customer Experience Team and work closely with Marketing, Design, and Operations.
