Cluster Manager

UniLiv is Hiring | Cluster Manager - Delhi We are looking for a Cluster Manager to join our Operations team and take ownership of multiple UniLiv properties in Delhi. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations across 5-6 properties (~500+ beds) Lead and supervise on-ground teams: Property Managers, Housekeeping, Maintenance & Vendors Ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and excellent resident experience Handle service escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction Monitor budgets, optimize operational costs, and ensure full compliance Drive process improvements, daily reporting & operational audits Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in operations, facility management, hospitality, student housing or co-living Strong leadership and team management skills Process-oriented, excellent in problem-solving and crisis management Comfortable with operational data, MIS reporting and cost controls Strong ownership mindset, communication skills, and attention to detail Location: Delhi (Full-Time, On-Site) Apply at: people@uniliv.in About UniLiv: UniLiv is one of India’s leading student housing and co-living platforms with over 2000+ beds, 5+ cities, and a strong focus on operational excellence and customer experience.
