Job Description

Position Title: City Head Location: NCR Department: Operations & Growth Experience Required: 6–10 years (preferably in operations, real estate, hospitality, or co-living) About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to lead our operations and growth. As City Head , you will be responsible for launching, scaling, and managing all aspects of our business in the city—from supply acquisition and operations to team building and customer experience. This role demands strong leadership, execution capability, and a deep understanding of local market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Leadership: * Own the P\&L and all performance metrics of the city * Drive city-level strategy in alignment with company goals * Ensure high occupancy, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction 2. Supply Acquisition & Development: * Identify and onboard new properties (leased or partnered) * Negotiate with property owners and real estate developers * Ensure properties meet brand standards and onboarding SLAs 3. Operations Management: * Oversee daily operations across all city properties * Ensure consistent service delivery, quality, and maintenance * Implement SOPs and tech tools for efficiency 4. Team Building & Leadership: * Hire, manage, and mentor a high-performing city team (ops, admin, field staff) * Create a results-driven and customer-focused work culture * Work closely with central HR and training teams 5.
