Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager, based in Chennai. The Cluster Manager will oversee and lead fleet and logistics operations for their assigned cluster, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost management. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day fleet activities, optimizing operational processes, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing data for continuous improvement, and addressing operational challenges creatively and effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee and guide teams effectively
• Operations management expertise, with capabilities in workflow optimization and process improvement
• Analytical skills, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities for evaluating and enhancing performance
• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, fleet management, and operational compliance requirements
• Familiarity with AI-based platforms or software for fleet and logistics optimization is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai and manage responsibilities dynamically
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
