Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager, based in Bhopal. The Cluster Manager will oversee and manage multiple branches within the assigned cluster, ensuring smooth daily operations and driving business growth. Responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, achieving business targets, managing branch teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves training and motivating team members to achieve operational excellence and optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills, team management, and the ability to motivate and guide branch teams
• Proficiency in sales strategy implementation, business planning, and achieving targets
• Experience in customer relationship management and delivering high service standards
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including loans, investments, and advisory solutions
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to assess market trends and contribute to the development of new business opportunities
• Experience in the financial or banking sector, particularly with NBFCs, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
