Additionally, they provide investment and advisory services, SME loans, mortgage loans, leasing & hire purchase loans, and bill discounting.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Jharkhand, India. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, promoting and cross-selling the company’s financial products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, identifying their financial needs, advising on appropriate financial products, processing loan applications, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The Relationship Manager will also handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications

Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Client Handling
Sales and Cross-Selling skills
Knowledge of Financial Products and Services
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage
