Cluster Manager

As a candidate for the job role, you will be responsible for driving the gold loan business across all branches by collaborating with Area Managers, Territory Managers, Branch teams, Direct sales teams, and gold loan executives. You will manage multiple districts within a region, adjusting sales goals and procedures accordingly. Your role will involve recommending product or service enhancements to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales potential. Your key responsibilities will include: - Business Development: Implementing new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume. - Team Management: Recruiting sales team, motivating them through local contests and rewards recognition programs. - Operations Management: Launching new branches for the gold loan business in the region and overseeing Sales, Training, Audit, Collection, and Auction processes. - Product Enhancement: Collaborating with Admin, training, Human Resource, and policy teams for a speedy launch and building a healthy and profitable portfolio for the Gold Loan Business.
