Cluster Manager

As a Cluster Manager at our company, your role will involve working closely with our key customers to establish long-term, strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for various tasks ranging from closing sales and fostering relationships to strategic planning and leading cross-functional teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive business categories such as Mobile, TV, Ecosystem, Laptop, and Pad in the respective city/District - Promote the Xiaomi brand and boost sales through offline channels - Cultivate strong relationships with local distributors, retailers, and regulatory bodies - Increase sales in the city by collaborating with local distributors and key retailers - Gain a deep understanding of Xiaomi products and their ability to meet local consumer needs - Implement local marketing and brand building strategies - Oversee local operations to ensure optimal sales and efficiency - Monitor competition activities in the assigned city/district - Establish connections with local regulatory bodies and address regulatory concerns as needed **Qualifications Required:** - Deep expertise in sales, distribution, and retail operations within the territory - Master's degree in Business (preferred) - Prior experience in team leadership with the ability to manage large teams (preferred) - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving approach - Willingness to travel 4-5 days a week (mandatory) - Previous experience in mobile handset sales (preferred) - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any field - 5 to 10 years of relevant experience (experience beyond 10 years will not be considered) - Skills in sales, distribution, and team management Please note that any experience beyond 10 years will not be considered for this position.,
