Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirur for a Cluster Manager at Edelweiss Life Insurance. The Cluster Manager will lead, manage, and oversee a team of relationship managers to achieve business targets. Responsibilities include planning and strategizing sales activities, implementing initiatives to increase partner engagement, driving revenue growth, and maintaining team performance. The role also involves fostering a collaborative work environment and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
