About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Customer Success team for a 2-month internship. This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with our Customer Success Managers and learn how fast-growing enterprise SaaS companies drive customer engagement, onboarding, and retention. Key Responsibilities: Client Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new clients by preparing documentation, updating trackers, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
