Role Overview: We are seeking a high-performing Senior Manager – Enterprise Sales (IC) to drive new business growth for our logistics SaaS platform. This is a strategic, quota-carrying role focused on acquiring and expanding enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities: Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closure and onboarding. Engage and build trusted relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers in large enterprises. Manage complex, consultative sales processes and deliver compelling product demonstrations. Consistently close deals with a minimum size of $40,000 ARR. Collaborate with solution engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM. Requirements: 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or related domains. Proven track record of managing end-to-end sales cycles and closing deals of at least $40,000 ARR. Demonstrated experience selling to CXO-level stakeholders. MBA is Must Must be from Tier 1 College - B.Tech / MBA Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
