Role Overview:

– Build strong personal connections with residents and act as a key feedback channel to improve the living experience

– Partner with local vendors, artists, student influencers, and creators to deliver engaging, city-specific experiences

Customer Experience, Marketing, and Ops

– Track participation, sentiment, and feedback from every event to refine future programming

– Support content capture during events in coordination with design and social media teams

Who You Are:

community management, events, hospitality, or student-facing roles

event calendars, managing budgets

– Energetic and approachable with a people-first mindset

– Comfortable being on-ground across multiple properties and managing event execution independently
