Community Relations Manager

You will be joining Joey's Hostel as a full-time on-site Community Relations Manager based in Agra. In this role, you will play a key part in engaging with the hostel community, managing public relations, conducting sales and event planning, and nurturing positive relationships with guests and local partners. Your responsibilities will include utilizing your skills in Community Engagement and Communication to build strong connections within the hostel community. You will also leverage your experience in Sales and Public Relations to effectively represent the hostel to the public. Additionally, your Event Planning skills will be crucial in organizing various activities and events for the guests. To excel in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal and networking skills that will aid in fostering positive relationships with guests and local partners. Your ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the hostel. Previous experience in the hospitality industry would be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
