Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Assistant located in Agra. The Reservations Assistant will be responsible for managing reservations, handling booking inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales activities. Daily tasks will include answering guest queries, processing booking requests, maintaining reservation systems, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Qualifications Reservations and Reserves management skills Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales and support activities Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Prior experience in the hospitality industry is necessary Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus Show more Show less
