Reservations Assistant

As a Reservations Assistant at Atmantan, your primary responsibility will be to support the Sales Team in managing guest inquiries, data entry, and room inventory. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest's journey begins seamlessly by handling reservation requests with professionalism and warmth. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate guest and booking data. - Assisting the sales team with timely follow-ups and coordination - Handling reservation requests via email and phone with professionalism and warmth - Managing and updating room inventory across platforms - Entering accurate guest and booking data into internal systems - Sharing wellness package information clearly and efficiently with potential guests - Coordinating with the retreat operations team to ensure accurate booking flow - Keeping records tidy, organized, and ready for the next guest - Strong communicator with proficiency in written & spoken English - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Proficient with email, Excel, and basic data systems (knowledge of reservation software is a plus) - Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment - Prior experience in hospitality/travel/reservations or administrative roles preferred - A calm, reliable, guest-focused team player Atmantan is Indias leading integrated wellness retreat located at Pune.
