About the Role

As a Senior Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in our guest accommodations and public areas. You will also help guide and support junior housekeeping staff, ensuring every guest feels truly cared for during their wellness journey.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms and common areas
• Inspect rooms and ensure readiness before guest arrivals
• Train and mentor housekeeping attendants to meet quality expectations
• Support inventory and linen management
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in luxury hospitality
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and commitment to guest service excellence
• Basic spoken English preferred
