Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Server located in Delhi, India. The Food and Beverage Server will be responsible for providing exceptional table service, taking food and drink orders, serving guests promptly, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. They will also engage with guests to address any questions or concerns, maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Business Development & Partnerships Source and evaluate potential partners, developers, and asset owners. Negotiate and finalize deals aligned with Minimalist Hotels’ asset-light strategy. Develop long-term relationships with investors, developers, and real estate networks. 3. Project Development & Execution Oversee feasibility studies and financial modeling for new projects. Work with design, projects, and operations teams to ensure alignment with brand standards. Manage timelines, budgets, and approvals for pre-opening projects. 4. Brand Growth & Representation Represent Minimalist Hotels at industry events, conferences, and networking forums. Ensure all new developments reflect the brand ethos of modern design and minimalist luxury. Contribute to the long-term growth roadmap of the company.
